Return Policy

RETURNING / EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

Sorry, but we can not offer returns unless the items are damaged or proven to be lost in the mail. Since everything we offer is custom tailored, we do not store any inventory for exchange.

As mentioned in our sizing FAQ's, we strongly urge you to check your measurements and compare them with our size guide.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If grandma got you a gift card for your birthday, you can't get the money back to buy beer. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
The last thing we want is for you is to be stuck with something you didn't pay for. If you notice any problems with your order once it arrives, be sure to contact us straight away so we can best resolve the situation.

We have a 7 day replacement policy , you need to get in touch with us within that first week (once the item has been received) otherwise we can't offer the replacement for free.

REFUNDS 
In the event of a refund, we will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
